I had a teacher in Holistic Health 30 plus years ago say this about modern medicine, ‘I’ll sum up Western Medicine in ONE word!” 30 of us sat in rapt attention, I was thinking, “oh what is this master going to say?” He blurts out “ARROGANCE!”

And I knew right away what he meant.

It changed my entire life, one word.

I will state, “we do not know as much as we think we know about nutrients, health, our world, and the universe.” How do I know I do not know? That’s another story. But humility is to be this way - every person, every moment on some level is a BIG ?

Elements are like this. You know each element has a personality of sorts?

Today we explore Phosphorus and its mysteries.

Phosphorus is like lightning. It is part of energy release in our body via ATP = Adenosine Tri-phosphate.

Flowers must have enough Phosphorus to bloom.

Our mind needs phosphorus to think.

Another flower showing its true colors via elements…

Lecithin is made with Phosphorus. Lecithin is one Phospholipid, which alters cell membrain permeability. And the cell membrain is the brain of the cell!

Phosphorus is heating, it is acidic, it burns away stuff.

The ocean will glow with phosphorescence.

WOW!!!!

But there is so much more.

On your lab work, phosphorus is almost always included.

In your bones phosphorus is part of the matrix. Bound to Calcium, proteins, and other minerals.

The Thyroid and Parathyroid regulate Phosphorus in our body.

The ever dramatic phytic acid mineral binder in grains, beans, nuts, seeds, has phosphorus in it. WTH…
